# New service available: introducing 'Pro-Alerts'

Our new automated alerting service is now live - called 'Pro-Alerts', this solution works in tandem with the mobile app we released in 2012. You can now keep your customers informed of real time progress throughout the life of a booking, with options to choose how frequently a status update is sent out.
